慢性阻塞性肺病患者叶酸、维生素B_(12)测定临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨测定慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者血清叶酸、Vitamin B12水平的临床意义。方法对32例慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者和23例健康对照者,采用化学发光法检测血清Vitamin B12、叶酸,采用免疫比浊法测定血清白蛋白,测定理想体重百分数、上臂肌围。结果慢性阻塞性肺病患者血清叶酸、Vitamin B12、血清白蛋白、理想体重百分数、上臂肌围水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),叶酸、Vitamin B12水平与理想体重百分数呈明显正相关性(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者存在叶酸、Vitamin B12缺乏,在进行营养支持治疗时须注意补充叶酸、Vitamin B12,使患者营养得到均衡补充。 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the folate acid and Vitamin B12 in chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) patients. Methods Thirty-two patients with COPD and twenty-three healthy control subjects were chosen in the study. The serum levels of folate acid and vitamin B12 were measured by chemiluminescence and the levels of serum albumin were measured by turbidimetric method. IBW% and arm muscle circumference were measured. Results The levels of serum folate acid,Vitamin B^2,serum albumin,IBW% and arm muscle circumference were lower than those in the controls. The differences had statistic significance(P〈 0.05). The levels of folate acid and Vitamin B12 were positive correlation with IBW%(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Folate acid and Vitamin B12 were deficiency in COPD patients and shoud be added during nutritional supportive treatment.
