摘要
目的探讨原发性甲状腺功能亢进症围手术期新的治疗方法。方法对104例原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果104例原发性甲状腺功能亢进症患者的术前基础代谢率控制在+20%以下,心率控制在80次/min左右,甲功控制在正常范围;术后无甲状腺危象发生。结论对原发性甲状腺功能亢进症围手术期新的治疗方法安全有效。
Objective To investigate the new perioperative management in primary hyperthyroidism. Methods The clinical data of 104 cases of primary hyperthyroidism from February 2005 to December were retrospctively analyzed. Results The BMR were controled under ＋20%,the heart rate were controled around 80 beats per-minute, FT3, FT4 and TSH were controled in normol in the perioperative mangement of 104 cases primary hyperthyroidism. Thyrotoxic crisis had not happened after hyroidectomy. Conclusion The perioperative management of primary hyperthyroidism which is being used in our department is very safety.
