摘要
目的:探讨动脉瘤夹闭术的手术配合、方法、护理体会。方法:在气管插管全麻下行前交通动脉瘤夹闭术。结果:60例病人疗效好,并发症少,均治愈出院。结论:术中与医生配合默契,缩短手术时间,加强观察病人的病情,预防感染显得尤其重要。
Objective： To discuss the operative cooperation, method and nursing experience of aneurysm incarcerated operation. Method.. Anterior communicating artery aneurysm incarcerated operation was performed under general anaesthesia with tracheal intubation. Result： 60 cases have good effect and little complications, all of them were recovered and discharged from hospital. Conclusion： It is important to cooperate well with doctors, shorten the operation time, strenthen the observation of patients＇ conditions and prevent infection.
