Fe^(3+)改性SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2固体超强酸的制备及其光催化性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高TiO2的光催化性能,采用掺杂Fe3+的方法对SO42-/TiO2固体超强酸(FST)进行了改性,采用IR、XRD等方法对FST的结构进行了表征,研究了FST光催化亚甲基蓝降解的性能。结果表明,适宜的制备条件为:掺杂Fe3+量为0.4%,焙烧温度为500℃,硫酸浓度为0.5mol.L-1,硫酸体积为15mL.g-1,亚甲基蓝降解率可达95%。通过浸渍焙烧处理,FST具有良好的重复使用性能。红外分析表明,在FST中形成了超强酸活性中心,XRD分析表明,在FST中TiO2的晶型为锐钛矿型,Fe3+进入到TiO2晶格中,未影响到TiO2的晶型。 In order to improve the photocatalytic property of TiO2,the Fe^3+ modified super solidacid SO4^2-/TiO2(FST)was prepared by doping Fe^2+ into TiO2,FST were characterized by IR,XRD techniques. The degradation of methylene blue with FST as photocatalysts were studied. The results showed that the suitable prepare condition was:the amount of doped Fe^3+ was 0.4% ,the baking temperature was 500℃,the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0.5mol·L^-1,the volume of sulfuric acid was 15mL·g^-1, the degradation can reach 95%,the reuse performance of FST was good after soaking and baking. IR showed that the super acid center was made in FST,XRD showed that TiO2 in FST was anatas. Fe^3+ was doped into TiO2 crystalline without changing the phase of TiO2.
