摘要
对生物改性竹炭制备的工艺条件(不同炭化温度的竹炭、竹炭添加量、微生物添加量、处理温度和处理时间)进行了探讨,结果表明,采用炭化温度为700℃的竹炭,以1mg·L-1的竹炭添加量和1mg·L-1微生物菌群的添加量,在35℃,进行35h的改性处理,在此条件下的生物改性竹炭对污水有良好的净化效果。其中,对污水中COD、氨氮、浊度、色度以及悬浮物的去除率分别为93.99%、98.20%、91.50%、86.34%和63.93%。以竹炭为载体负载微生物菌群,通过扫描电镜可以清楚地看到竹炭表面和内部分布丰富的微生物菌群,而且竹炭和微生物菌群之间的吸附力和化学引力所形成的结合力,使两者比较牢固的结合,竹炭的吸附性能和生物降解协同作用,从而保证了生物改性竹炭对污水具有稳定和高效的去除率。
The technique (carbonization temperature, different addition of bamboo charcoal different addition of microorganism and the contact temperature) for preparing biological bamboo charcoal were studied. The results showed that when the carbohization temperature of bamboo charcoal reached 700℃, the dosage of bamboo charcoal and microorganism respectively were 1mg·L^-1, and the contact temperature reached 35 ℃, the biological bamboo charcoal had better purification effect on wastewater after 35 h. The removal rate of COD, ammonia-nitrogen, turbidity, chroma and suspended substance respectively reached 93.99%, 98.20%, 91.50%, 86.34% and 63.93%. From the SEM pictures, it shows that the surface of bamboo distributed abundant microorganism. Because of the function of adsorption and chemistry gravitation between the bamboo charcoal and the microorganism, and they combined hard. The adsorption of bamboo charcoal and the biodegradation of microorganism made the biological bamboo charcoal had steady and permanent removal rate of contaminated target.
