摘要
考试经济是由考试而派生的各种经济现象的概称。考试经济可以划分为核心考试经济、主干考试经济与边缘考试经济。近年来基于经济、教育、考试等因素推动我国考试经济已经取得了一定的发展，形成了一定的规模。当然我国考试经济的发展也产生了某些扭曲．存在诸多问题。从制度经济学的角度看。这些问题的产生源于考试经济发展的路径依赖．为改变此状况．考试经济要在组织和制度选择方面加以变革，包括转变政府考试组织职能、强调公共服务意识，建立产权明晰、技术手段先进的专业化考试中介机构，提高考试组织绩效，健全考试法律法规，规范考试市场等。
Testing economy is derived from the various economic phenomena of examination.It can be divided into the core testing economy, the backbone testing economy and the edge testing economy. In recent years, it has achieved a certain degree of development based on economy, education, examination and other factors to promote China＇s testing economy with a certain scale. Of course, the development of the testing economy in our country has also produced some distortions and there are many problems. From the view of institutional economics, these problems have originated from the path dependence of the development of the testing economy.In order to change this situation, it will transfor both in the organizations and in the choice of the system , including the transformation of the functions of examination organization of the government, the stress of the public service awareness, the establishment of clary property rights and the professional intermediary organizations with advanced technology, the improvement of the organizational performance, the amplification of the laws and regulations and the standard of the testing market,etc.
