摘要
阐述了实验师资队伍建设的重要性,并以河北省高校为例,深入分析了地方本科院校实验师资建设存在的主要问题,结合河北理工大学实际,提出了相应的解决思路和办法。
This article expatiates the importance of the construction of laboratory staff, analyzes the main problem of lab teams in local university and college, and correspondingly put forward some methods and thoughts according to the case of the universities of Hebei Province and our university.
