Hedgehog信号通路与胰腺癌的关系研究进展

摘要 胰腺癌起病隐匿.恶性程度高。美国由癌症导致的死亡。胰腺癌居于第4位.2006年约52000名患者死于胰腺癌,中位生存期〈1年,确诊后的5年生存率〈4%。近年研究发现Hedgehog(HH)信号通路的异常激活与人类多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,其中包括胰腺癌㈦。本文就HH信号通路与胰腺癌的关系作一综述.阐述并探讨HH信号机制在胰腺癌发生、发展中的作用.可能为胰腺癌的早期诊断和治疗另辟蹊径。
