摘要
目的探讨护士长应具备的能力、素质、业务水平,制定具有量化指标的护士长考核体系,为临床任用和评价护士长提供客观方便的工具。方法采用德尔菲专家函询法进行研究,通过设计函询问卷、确立函询专家、进行3轮函询对量化指标进行筛选和论证。结果确立护士长量化考核指标体系为三大指标(个人素质、业务能力、管理能力)共40个条目。结论量化考核体系对护士长的能力在各个方面都有具体的数量化的要求,便于进行考评。
Objective To investigate the ability,makings,level of business that a head nurse should have,and formulate a quantifiable assessment system to evaluate the head nurses. Method Delphi technique was used in this research. Firstly the consultative questionnaire was designed,and then the experts' inclusion criteria were confirmed. Three times consultation was carried out. Results A quantifiable assessment system including three dimensions and forty items was developed. The Three dimensions were personal qualities,professional abilities and management capability. Conclusions It was convenient to use quantifiable indexes for assessing head nurses' abilities.
