摘要
目的:探讨雾化吸入痰热清辅助治疗老年人下呼吸道感染的临床意义。观察和评价其临床治疗的安全性和有效性。方法:对105例下呼吸道感染的老年人在全身应用抗感染药物的基础上实施雾化吸入痰热清治疗,与105例采传统雾化吸入治疗的对照组进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组相比临床疗效显著,安全性高。结论:此种联合用药方法能发挥良好疗效,且安全性高,无明显不良反应,有较高的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE To view the the safety and efficacy of of inspiring Tanreqing atomization combined with intravenous drip administrating ambroxol in treating aged patients with lower respiratory infection,and to explore its clinical value. METHODS To compare 105 patients with lower respiratory infection were treated with the combination therapy and another 105 patients with lower respiratory infection were treated with normal therapy as control. RESULTS There were significant differences in therapeutic effects between combination therapy and control therapy （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The combination therapy showed more satisfactory effects. With greater safety and less side effects, the combination therapy had greater clinical value.
