摘要
根据现场事故停机中总结出的可防止汽轮机转子永久性弯曲的封缸经验,成功地应用于生产实践。文中6例事故的处理结果证实了封缸措施的可用性。理论分析和计算阐明了封缸原理的合理性和可行性,并给出了指导性的实施方法。此反事故措施可最大限度地减小现场汽轮机转子永久性弯曲事故的发生。
Based upon the failures of steam turbines ocurring during forcedshutdown,the summed-up experiences with steam turbine's cylinders sealed can prevent rotors of steam turbine from occurrence of permanent bending and have been successfully applied in operation practice.The handling of six cased of failures mentioned in the paper demonstrated the factuality of the measures with cylineders sealed.The theoretical analysis and calculation elaborate the rationality and feasibility of principles of meassures with cylinders sealed,and give the directive application method.This prevention measure of accident can reduce the occurrence of permanent bending of steam turbine rotors on site to the largest extent,and is a good countermeasure for dealing with such kind of forced outage accident.
