摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗银屑病关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选符合标准的该病患儿59例,随机分为两组。治疗组予中医分期治疗及西医联合用药,对照组仅用西医联合用药。结果:治疗组治愈11例,显效9例,好转8例,无效4例,总有效率为87.5%(95%CI=65.6%～97.8%);对照组治愈2例,显效6例,好转5例,无效14例,总有效率为48.1%(95%CI=29.3%～66.9%);两组综合疗效比较(u=3.2531,P=0.0015),差异显著。结论:中西医结合治疗银屑病关节炎的临床疗效明显优于单用西医联合用药,其收益OR=0.13(95%CI=0.04～0.47),NNT=3(95%CI=1.35～3.54)。
Objective ： To observe the curative effect of therapy of combination of TCM with western medicine on psoriatic arthritis. Method： 59 eases of sick children suffered from psoriatic arthritis were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group was treated by TCM by stage combined with western drug combination, and the control group was treated by western drug combination. Result： In the treatment group 11 cases were cured, 9 cases were excellent, 8 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.5% （95% CI =65.6% -97.8% ）. In the control group 2 cases were cured, 6 cases were excellent, 5 cases were effective and 14 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 48.1% （95% CI = 29.3% -66.9% ）. The difference between the two groups was significant （u = 3. 253 1 ,P = 0. 001 5 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect of combination of TCM with western medicine on psoriatic arthritis is better than that of western drug combination. OR=0.13 （95%CI =0.04-0.47）,NNT=3 （95%CI=1.35-3.54）.
