摘要
半导体消雷器的通流容量自1978年就已开始研究。13000台·年（计3万余根针）的运行经验表明，将单根半导体针的通流容量规定为2．7J／Ω是合适的。
The research on thermal capability of SLE hasbeen carried on since 1978. More than 13000 tower- years(over 30000 SLE rods) of field experince shows that it is rea-sonable to provide a 2. 7J/Ω thermal capacity for a single rod.
