摘要
目的观察AB型蟑螂引诱剂对美洲大蠊和德国小蠊的引诱效果。方法将AB型蟑螂引诱剂与面粉配制成饵料，置于玻璃方箱内．每日观察蟑螂取食状况，称取饵料并记录其消耗量，同时进行空白试验。结果对美洲夫蠊的诱食量高于对照组92．95％～130．26％，平均为113．15％；对德国小蠊的诱食量高于对照组65．35％～97．17％，平均为80．71％。结论AB型蟑螂引诱颗粒剂对美洲大蠊和德国小蠊具有良好的引诱效果，值得进一步研究和推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of AB cockroach attraetant on Periplaneta americana and Blattella germanica. Methods The baits consisting of AB cockroach attractant and flour were put into glasses boxes. The consuming amount by cockroaches was measured for every day. The baits consisting flour only was set as contrast. Results The Periplaneta americana consumed the baits consisting AB attractant 92.95% - 130. 26% more than the baits without the attractant, while Blattella germanica consumed the baits consisting AB attractant 65.35% -97. 17% more than the baits without the attractant. Conclusion AB cockroach attractant shows good effect on Periplaneta americana and Blattella germanica, and it is worth further studying and generalization.
