摘要
作为历史文化名城的浙江省绍兴市老城区,其交通现状和发展特征具有一定代表意义,日益增长的交通需求与传统格局之间的矛盾亟待解决。提出从交通、空间两方面统筹安排、合理组织以解决老城区的交通问题。提出4点交通优化策略:净化老城区过境交通;分流居民日常生活交通与旅游交通、机动交通与非机动交通;强化城市主要功能中心的联络线;加密次干路、支路路网。同时,在充分尊重城市历史特征的基础上,针对交通性道路和特色道路分别进行景观控制和交通管制,进一步优化其空间环境,强化并突出其特色,使其成为塑造城市整体景观风貌的重要组成部分。
As a historical and cultural city, Shaoxing is typical in terms of the status quo of transportation and its development characteristics, and issues of contradiction between increasing traffic demand and traditional layout in the city need urgent solutions. This paper explores ways to systematically arrange and naturally organize traffic by addressing transportation and space issues in historical districts. Then, four strategies for improving road traffic are put forward： first, reducing cross-boundary traffic in the historical district; second, separating residential daily traffic and tourism traffic, motor traffic and non-motorized traffic; third, strengthening connecting roads that linked main functional centers; fourth, increasing the network density of minor arterials and local roads. At the same time, with all due respect to historical features and by traffic control for transportation streets and landscape control for scenic roads, spatial environment has to be further improved and characterized as an important component in shaping the entire landscape of the city.
