摘要
合理分配日趋有限的道路资源、有效改善道路交通秩序、提升常规公交服务水平、促进构建公交分级服务体系是广州市发展快速公交的主要目的。通过深入分析广州市常规公交的发展现状,辨明了制约提高常规公交服务水平的3个主要原因。在广泛研究国内外快速公交实践经验的基础上,总结出快速公交系统的3种模式。结合广州市的实际情况,提出快速公交的发展定位与具体策略,建议在中心城区发展"高标准灵活式"的快速公交模式,并据此拟订了快速公交整体网络方案设想。以中山大道快速公交试验线为例,探讨了广州市发展快速公交的实践经验。最后总结了发展快速公交需要重视的几个问题。
The objectives to develop a BRT system in Guangzhou, among others, include： to reasonably allocate the increasingly limited road resources, to effectively improve road traffic operations, to elevate the level of services of bus ordinary transit, and to encourage the formation of a rating system for transit services. Three major causes have been identified of impacting the improvement of level of services of bus ordinary transit through an in-depth analysis of the existing con- ditions in Guangzhou. Meanwhile, a far-ranging review of experiences in BRT development and operation both at home and abroad leads to the recognition of three BRT patterns. Considering the current situation, this paper provides an overview and some concrete strategies to develop BRT systems in Guangzhou. The paper proposes scenarios to build a BRT network based on suggestion that a high-level and flexible BRT pattern be introduced to the core area of the city, and on an example of the Zhongshan Ave BRT Pilot Line that illustrates the city＇ s own experiences of BRT development. The paper concludes with remarks on issues that urge attention on BRT development.
