摘要
Plat-Ⅱ型铸造陶瓷材料是一种新型的口腔修复材料,为考察其强度和刚度是否达到临床要求,采用国内外通用的方法测定了Plat-Ⅱ型铸造陶瓷(PCC-Ⅱ型)材料的抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗弯强度及显微硬度。结果显示该铸造陶瓷的抗压强度为541.7MPa,抗拉强度为42.5MPa,抗弯强度为142.0MPa,弹性模量为61.4GPa,显微硬度为499.6kg/mm2。
In preparation for the clinical use of PlatⅡ Castable Ceramics (PCCⅡ), we tested its compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength and microhardness. The flexural strength was tested by the threepoint bending test. The result showed that the compressive strength was 541.7 MPa; the tensile strength 42.5 MPa; the flexural strength 142.0 MPa; the modulus of elasticity 61.4 GPa; and the microhardness 499.6 kg/mm3. The strength anol microhardness of PCCⅡ materials were better than those of human enamel. So PCCⅡ is applicable to restorations in dentistry.
