摘要
为探讨受试者在不同思维状态下脑电信号混沌态的变化,测量18例正常人和34例脑部疾病患者(其中8例有智力障碍)在不同思维状态下的脑电信号,分析其混沌分数维值,自身前后对照进行比较。研究发现。在思维状态下,正常人组脑电信号的分数维值较安静状态时明显增高;有脑部疾病但智力正常的患者其分数维值也增高。智能障碍患者其分数维值不增高。研究提示脑电信号混沌态可反映人脑思维状态,可有助于智能障碍的早期诊断。
To investigate the change of EEG signals with chautic method, when the subjects were in different mental conditions, chaotic analysis of EEG signals among 18 normal subjccts and 34 patients with various brain diseases were conducted under different mental conditions 8 of 34 patients had impairment of intelligence. When mentally activated, the value of the fracional dimemsion of EEG signals increased signifcantiy in conaparison with those of in normal subjects and in patients without impairment of intelligece at rest, but for patients with impairment of intelligence tendency of lower value was noticed. lt was concluded that chaotic analysis of EEG signals can provide information concerning human braim mental status, which may help to diagnose impairment of intelligence in early stage.
