摘要
目的介绍人际交流技巧在产时保健中的护理作用和方法。方法对我院2007年1月至2008年3月的379例初产妇及经产妇进行调查。结果通过人际交流技巧可缩短产程,提高自然分娩率。我院剖宫产率由2007年前的76.80%下降至现在的65.17%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论人际交流技巧在产时保健中能让产妇在一个轻松愉快的氛围中接受自然分娩,自愿并以积极的心态配合整个分娩过程,明显提高了产科护理质量。
Objective To introduce nursing effect and methods of interpersonal communication skills in intrapartum health - care. Methods The data of 379 cases of primipara and multipara in this hospital during the period of January 2007 to March 2008 were studied. Results Through interpersonal skills, their laboring time could be shortened and the natural delivery rate would be raised. The rate of caesarean section was 76.80% before 2007, and it was decreased to 65.17 % at present time （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The parturients may have a natural delivery at pleasant or relaxing atmosphere by means of interpersonal skills in intrapartum health - care. They will have voluntary and positive mentality in the whole delivery process, and obstetric nursing quality will be significantly improved
