摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、比较分析法等方法对奥林匹克决策层中妇女的参与情况进行研究,指出在奥林匹克运动权力领域管理决策人员性别结构失衡,主要体现在妇女参与职务、参与人数及女性受重视程度等性别化问题,并从社会性别的视角剖析了阻碍妇女更深层次参与奥林匹克决策的深层原因在于传统社会文化的限制、妇女自身素质、妇女参与途径、男性群体的竞争压力以及大众传播媒介等不利因素。
In this paper, the author would like to appeal to literature revtew, togtcat studies and comparative analysis to probe into women's participation in IOC's decision-making. As is illustrated, there exists an unbalanced body,which is mainly represented in forms of sex structure in IOC's decision-making women's positions,number and respectability. Meanwhile, from the perspective of social sexes, the author also analyzes some deep-seated factors hindering women from thoroughly participating in IOC's decisionmaking,such as traditional social & cultural constraints, women' s quality under further improvement, uneven participation ways,great pressure from male competitors and mass media, etc.
