摘要 介绍了一种基于统一电能质量控制器(UPQC)的电气化铁路同相供电方案,通过对UPQC的主电路结构、功能和控制方法的详细分析,指出了该控制器相对于现有其他方案的优点,最后对同相供电系统在电力机车处于正常运行和再生制动这2种典型工况时的补偿效果进行了仿真,仿真结果表明,基于UPQC的同相供电系统能解决电气化铁路牵引变电所存在的三相电压不平衡、电压波动、功率因数低下以及谐波污染等问题,UPQC与能量存储系统ESS相结合,还能很好地解决机车再生制动能量回馈等问题。 A scheme of cophase power supply system for electrified railways based on Unified Power Quality Controller (UPQC) is iotroduced. The merits of this new UPQC over other controllers are presented by describing the main circle, functions and control strategy in detail. The two typical behaviors of the electrical locomotive - normal running and regenerative braking - are simulated to present the compensation effectiveness. Results show that the cophase power supply system based on UPQC is a perfect solution for the three phase unbalanced voltage, voltage fluctuation, low power factor and harmonic current existing in electrified railway traction substations. Combined with the Energy Storage System (ESS), UPQC can further solve the problem of electrical locomotives' regenerative braking power - fed.
