摘要
在分析钻井法井壁结构施工受力以及稳定性影响因素的基础上,建立了固井前井壁结构稳定性分析的力学模型.该模型考虑了井壁分段数、节间连接刚度、井壁刚度分布以及井壁荷载分布等影响井壁整体稳定性的因素.通过理论推导,得出了井壁结构的稳定系数和稳定性判别公式,并编制程序实现了求解.经程序计算,定量分析了上述各个因素对井壁结构施工整体稳定性的影响,并对数据进行拟合,得出了稳定系数的实用计算公式.
On the basis of analyzing the mechanical state of shaft in construction and the influencing factors of the stability of shaft, the calculation model of shaft before fixed was set up for analyzing the stability of shaft, which considered different influencing factors, such as, the number of shaft parts, the flexural rigidity of shaft connection, the distribution of shaft stiffness, the distribution of loads, etc. The discriminant equations of the stability and the stability coefficient of shaft was obtained through theoretical deduction and procedure. The influence on the stability of shaft of different factors was mula are obtained for checking analyzed quantitatively through procedure calculation. Data fitting and practical forreal shaft stability.
