摘要
根据区域系统协调分析与评价的一般思路,建立了矿区协调发展多层次评价指标体系,采用模糊综合评价法对矿区可持续协调发展水平进行综合评价,并综合协调度与系统协调发展水平,确定矿区系统协调发展度阈值,从而对矿区系统协调发展状况进行定量分析与评价,并选取具体矿区进行实证分析。
Through the general approach of regional system coordination analysis and appraisal, the paper builds up a multi- level appraisal system for coordinated development in coal mines. It adopts fuzzy comprehensive appraisal approaches to assess the coordinated development lever comprehensively in coal mines. It also comprehends the degree of coordination and coordinated development lever of system, determines the threshold of coordinated development degree, with quantitative analysis and appraisal of coordinated development of coal mines. The thesis also chose a coal mine as the study case.
