摘要
废旧电池不仅含有害物质,而且含有回收价值高的贵重金属,针对当前我国废旧电池回收处理中存在回收率低所导致的处理率低、回报率低的问题。本文在借鉴国外成功经验基础上,结合我国国情,设计了废弃电池回收处理管理系统,提出对废弃电池和蓄电池产业化处理管理策略。此模式对促进再生资源回收体系的有效运行,具有很强的实际指导意义。
The waste batteries contain not only the hazardous substances, but also the precious metals. Currently, the low recycling rate of waste batteries causes the low treatment and return rate. On the basis of China＇ s national conditions and the successful experience at abroad, the paper designs waste battery recycling management system and put forward the management strategy for batteries and battery industry. The model system promotes the effective functioning of the renewable resources and has a strong practical guiding significance.
