摘要
应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测乙肝患者血清中荷Ｃ３ｄ免疫复合物（Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ）水平。结果：正常人血清中Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ为阴性，各型乙肝患者血清中Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ检出率均显著增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），以肝炎肝硬化，中、重度慢性肝炎和慢性重症肝炎尤为显著（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示血清中Ｃ３ｄ－ＩＣ水平与肝脏病变的活动性和严重程度密切相关。
The levels of C 3d bearing immune complexes(C 3d IC) in the serum of hepatitis B patients were determined by ELISA technique Results:the postive rates of C 3d IC in the serum of hepatitis B patients were much higher than that of the control group (P<0 01),and these were especially so in cases with cirrhosis,moderate or severe chronic hepatitis B and chronic severe hepatitis (P<0 001) The results suggested that the level of C 3d IC in the serum is closely related with the activity and severity of hepatic injury
