摘要
目的：探讨血浆内皮素水平与急性脑血管病的关系。方法：应用放射免疫分析法测定３６例脑出血、４０例脑梗塞及２１例蛛网膜下腔出血患者的血浆内皮素浓度。结果：三组脑血管病患者的血浆内皮素浓度均明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），而三组急性脑血管病患者之间以蛛网膜下腔出血组最高，脑出血组次之，脑梗塞组较低。结论：提示内皮素参与急性脑血管病的病理生理过程，测定血浆内皮素浓度可作为急性脑血管病鉴别诊断的参考指标之一。
Objective:To investigate the relationship of plasma contents of endothelin to acute cerebrovascular diseases(ACVD).Methods:The level of endothelin in 36 cases cerebral hemorrhage,40 cases of cerebral infarction and 21 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage were measured with radioimmunoassay and the value was compared with that of the 41 normal control.Results:The results showed that the levels of endothelin of all three groups were singnificantly higher than that of normal control( P <0.01).In ACVD,the level of endothelin was highest in subarachnoid hemorrhage group and lowest in cerebral infarction group( P <0.01).Conclusions:These results suggest that plasma endothelin may play a part in pathophysiologic process in ACVD and may be used as one of indices in differential diagnosis of ACVD.
