摘要
目的:用磁性微粒分离免疫酶联法测定血清(浆)促卵泡激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH),以对该方法的方法学性能作一评价。方法:以临床患者空腹血作为检测标本,用磁性微粒酶联免疫法检测血中的FSH和LH,观察其线性范围、试剂显色稳定性、精密度、准确度以及与放免配对比较等。结果:以FSH为例,其线性范围0~150IU/L;显色稳定性:空白管CV为2.3%,测定管CV为0.4%;批内变异2.29%,批间变异8.85%;回收率为93.5%;与RIA比较相关系数为0.9825,P<0.001。结论:该方法具有重复性好,特异性高,准确可靠,与RIA具有良好的相关性,且无放射性污染,值得推荐。
Objective:To detect serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) with magnetic antibody enzyme linking immunoassay(MAIA).Methods:Serum FSH and LH were detected with MAIA according to the direction of instrument and commercial kits.Their linearity,stability in color formation,precision and accuracy were evaluated and compared with RIA.Results:The range of linearity,for example,in FSH,was 0~150 IU/L;stability of color:blank tube CV 2.3%,unknown tube CV 0.4%;intra assay( n =10) and inter assay( n =5) CV 2.29% and 8.85% respectively;the rate of recovery was 93.5%;the relative coefficient( r ) 0.982 5 (compared with RIA), P <0.001.Conclusions:These results indicate that this method has many advantages over RIA and is worthy of recommendation.
