摘要
在对黄河下游引黄灌区泥沙的灾害性及特点进行深入分析的基础上,提出了灌区泥沙灾害的经济评估指标、环境评估指标及引黄退水对排水河道排涝能力的影响指标,从定量上综合反映灌区泥沙灾害的影响程度,并结合具体情况对灌区泥沙灾害进行了评估。
Based on a deep analysis on both the impacts and the characteristics of the sediment disaster in Yellow River Diversion Irrigation District of Lower Yellow River, the economic evaluation index, environmental evaluation index and the index of the im- pacts from the water-withdraw of the Yellow River Diversion on the water-logging drainage capacity of the drainage channel are put forward, in which the impacts from the sediment disaster within the irrigation district are quantitively reflected, and then the sediment disaster in the irrigation district is evaluated in combination with the specific conditions concerned.
