摘要
在磁性纳米粒的制备与储藏中常用盐酸作为稳定或胶溶剂,但关于盐酸所产生的作用及最后产物不太明确。为了明确盐酸在磁性纳米粒制备中的作用,采用改良常用的共沉淀法,制备铁磁微粒,在一定温度下再加入盐酸和聚乙二醇2000与铁磁微粒反应,再纯化,即得磁性纳米粒。根据此技术,可获得粒径小而可调的磁性纳米粒,在水中分散性好。而且,结果发现盐酸在制备中的作用主要在于氢离子,可以减小四氧化三铁纳米粒的粒径。如果铁磁粒子与盐酸过度反应,则几乎失去磁性。
Hydrochloric acid served as a stabilizer or peptizer in the preparation and preservation of magnetic nano-particles, but the role and end produce of hydrochloric acid are not clear. According to this improved technique, after preparing Fe3O4 by co-precipitation method, hydrochloric acid and polyethylene glycol-2000 reacted with the deposition of the magnetite at certain temperature, following purification. It could prepare magnetic nanoparticles of small size and larger dispersibility in water. In this work, the result revealed that size of Fe3O4 particles was reduced mainly because hydrogen ion of hydrochloric acid reacted with Fe3O4 particles. If hydrochloric acid reacted excessively with Fe3O4 particles, they will lose their magnetism.
