摘要 非甾体类抗炎药非甾体抗炎药(non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs,NSAIDs)是一类具有抗炎、镇痛、解热等作用的药物.他是目前全球处方量最大的药物之一.本文介绍了NSAIDs与胃肠道疾病以及对胃肠损伤的防治,并就NSAIDs的作用机制及临床应用等进行综述. Non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） are a group of medicine used for anti-inflam-mation, analgesia and antipyretic. Currently NSAIDs are one of the most commonly prescribed medicines world-wide. In this article, we summarized the effect of NSAIDs on digestive diseases, and indroduced the prevention and treatment for mucosal injury of gastrointestenal tract. Meanwhile, we elaborated the pharma-ceutical machanism and clinic application of NSAIDs.
