中枢神经系统隐球菌病的MRI分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨中枢神经系统隐球菌病的MRI影像学特征及其临床价值。方法收集了经脑脊液墨汁染色涂片或脑脊液培养证实的隐球菌病患者8例完整的CT及MRI资料,其中7例进行了24次MRI随访复查,回顾性分析其影像学特征。结果MRI表现4例有轻到中度的脑积水;2例基底节区及深部灰质见多灶假性囊肿,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI呈高信号,其间可见分隔,增强后无强化;4例脑膜血管增多、迂曲,血管旁见多个环形强化影或结节状强化影,形成"串珠征"或"葡萄征";3例脑实质可见肉芽肿病变(隐球菌瘤),增强后呈环形、结节状或片状强化;1例脑室内可见环状强化灶。结论中枢神经系统隐球菌病MRI表现有一定的特征性,对于具有典型MRI表现的,结合临床可提示诊断,MRI随访对临床治疗、转归及预后有一定的价值。
