摘要
目的评价16层螺旋CT(SCT)及其三维重建(CTA)在诊断主动脉瘤中的价值及其临床意义。方法前瞻性纳入32例主动脉瘤患者,行16层SCT平扫、增强扫描及三维重建;29例行外科手术。结果16层SCT三维图像能显示32例动脉瘤体的大小、形态、走行、有无附壁血栓及钙化,以及与分支血管的关系。26例主动脉瘤CT及CTA所测量的瘤体大小、长度以及升主动脉根部扩张情况与手术符合。结论16层SCT横断面及三维图像,能快速、准确、无创、全面地显示主动脉瘤病变的病理解剖改变,为临床提供精细的影像学信息,对于选择治疗方案、观察术后疗效及随访具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of 16-slice spiral computed tomography (SCT) and its threedimensional reconstruction in diagnosis of aortic aneurysms (AA). Methods Thirty-two patients with AA underwent unenhanced and contrast-enhanced spiral CT with a 16-slice scanner and their images were processed into three-dimensional reconstructions. Among the 32 patients, 29 received operation. Results The size, shape, track, intraluminal thrombi, calcification and the relation with branch vessels of AA could be clearly shown on CT and CTA images. The size, the length, and the dilatation of ascending aortic root of 26 aneurysms on CT and CTA images were confirmed surgically. Conclusion 16-slice SCT axial and three-dimensional images can fast, exactly, noninvasively and completely reveal the pathological and anatomical features of aortic aneurysms, and provide detailed imaging information for clinical therapy. It' s very important for selecting the treatment strategies, evaluating the curative effect postoperatively and in the follow-up period.
