冠心病患者循环内皮细胞中人类巨细胞病毒-DNA检测及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究冠心病患者循环内皮细胞(CEC)中人类巨细胞病毒-DNA(HCMV-DNA)的临床意义。方法对43例冠心病患者(CHD组),17例其他心脏病患者(心脏病组)和28例健康体检者(对照组)的CEC进行检测,并运用荧光定量PCR方法对CEC的HCMV-DNA进行分析。结果CHD组CEC数〔(7.2±3.1)个/0.9μl〕明显高于心脏病组〔(3.9±2.1)个/0.9μl〕和对照组〔(3.6±2.0)个/0.9μl〕,且CHD组CEC的HC-MV-DNA检出率(30.2%)明显高于对照组(10.7%)以及心脏病组(11.7%)。结论HCMV感染血管内皮细胞可能是冠心病患者CEC增高的原因之一,这可能在HCMV致冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病发病过程中具有重要作用。
