摘要
评价超声促进血栓溶解的有效性,并观察超声促进血栓溶解(超声助溶)的作用与超声强度、血栓形成时间的关系。用手术刀将免耳全层割穿,出血停止1h及4h后随机分组。对照组给予超声;单药组给予重组链激酶;药加超声用重组链激酶加超声。超声的频率为0.8MHz,强度分为1.2w/cm2、2.2w/cm2、。结果:1及4h切口,链激酶加超声组兔耳再出血时间明显短于单药组,P<0.001。链激酶加超声组4h切口的再出血时间均明显短于单药组1h切口的再出血时间。1.2w/cm2组与2.2w/cm2组1h切口的再出血时间无显著差别(P>0.05),但两组4h切口的再出血时间有显著差别(P<0.001)。单用超声,观察2h兔耳无再出血。结论:超声有促进药物溶解血栓的作用,从而缩短再通时间。单用超声,无溶栓作用。
PURPOSE To assess the efficacy of therapeutic ultrasound to enhance in vivo fibrinolysis by investigatingthe effects of ultrasound on ear rebleeding after ear lesions in rabbits, investigate the relation between the effectsand intensities and the age of the thrombi.METHODS Full thickness puncture wounds were made in rabbit ears with a scalpel blade. Ear lesionswere randomly allOCated to different groups 1 and 4 hours after cessation of bleeding. Some lesions were onlygiven ultrasound, streptokinase was then infused intraveneously to the other rabbits, at the same time some lesions were given therapeutic ultrasound, and ultrasound was applied to lesions at 0. 8 MHz with a 50 % duty cycle at 1. 2 W/cm2 and 2. 2W/cm2 intensities.RESULTS The rebleeding times were shorter in ultrasound plus streptokinase group than in streptokinasealone group. Compared to streptokinase alone group, the rebleeding times were shortened 44. 42 %, 46. 54 %,44. 46 %, and 38. 48 % for 1 and 4 hours ear lesions. The rebleeding times of 4 hours lesions in ultrasound plusstreptokinase group were shorter than that of 1 hour lesions in streptokinase alone group. The rebleeding timesof 1 hour lesions with 1. 2 W/cm2 were not significantly different compared to that with 2. 2 W/Cm2 (P > 0. 05 ).There were significantly differences between with 2. 2 W/cm2 and 1. 2 W/cm2 for 4 hours lesions (P < 0. 001 ).There was no rebleeding phenomenon after 2 hours when the ear lesions were exposed to ultrasound only.CONCLUSIONS Therapeutic ultrasound can accelerate fibrinolysis with streptokinase. Therefor, therapeutic ultraseund can shorten the times of recanalization.
