摘要
对近几年河南省自动气象站中出现的要素记录的不连续现象(以下称数据跳变)进行了分析,对自动气象站分钟数据跳变等异常情况进行了分类,提出了处理跳变数据的四个原则,并根据雨量传感器性能指标,给出了一个判断自记降水量错误数据的方法。
This article analyzes the discontinuity (below called data fluctuation) of the element recording which appears in recent years in the automatic weather station of Henan province. It categories the data fluctuation of the automatic weather station and proposes four principles dealing with the data fluctuation. According to the rainfall sensor performance index, it also provides a method how to make the judgment whether the data of the precipitation is right or wrong.
