摘要
感温驱动系统是气动式节温器的重要组成部分。它主要由感温介质、活塞、推杆、回位弹簧构成。本文就如何选用丙酮作为感温介质进行了分析,并提出了选择的标准。然后设计实验装置测定丙酮饱和蒸汽压与温度之间的关系,并利用MATLAB对实验数据进行拟合,得到两者之间的连续的函数关系,为感温驱动系统中回位弹簧的计算提供了理论依据。
Temperature-driven system is an important component of the aerodynamic thermostat. It is mainly composed of the temperature medium, piston, pushing bar and aligning spring. This paper analyzed how to choose acetone as a medium temperature and proposed the choosing standard. Then it designed the test equipment to determine the relations between the saturated vapor pressure of acetone and the temperature, fitted the experiment data with Matlab, and obtained the continual functional relations. It provides the theory basis for the aligning spring's computation of the temperature-driven system.
