吡虫啉和啶虫脒的离子液体双水相萃取顺序注射光度分析研究 被引量:15

Extraction of Imidacloprid and Acetamiprid in Ionic Liquid/Aqueous Two Phase System-Sequential Injection Spectrophotometric Analysis

摘要 建立了由亲水性离子液体[C4mim]Cl与K2HPO4.3H2O形成的双水相体系萃取富集农药吡虫啉和啶虫脒的方法。考察了不同种类盐对成相的影响;系统实验了盐的加入量?农药溶液体积及离子液体加入量对相比的影响;研究了盐及pH变化对吡虫啉和啶虫脒萃取率的影响;并考察了萃取后农药最大紫外吸收光谱的变化。结果表明:当采用0.40g离子液体,7.60gK2HPO4.3H2O,6mL农药水溶液在pH9萃取农药,萃取率可达100%;少量的离子液体能达到较高的富集率。在最佳萃取条件下,将方法用于环境水样中吡虫啉和啶虫脒农药的萃取测定,加标回收率和相对误差分别在98.7%~102.0%和2.2%~3.5%之间,结果满意。 A new method based on an ionic liquid/aqueous two-phase system formed by room temperature water-soluble ionic liquid [ C4mim] Cl and K2HPO4 · 3H2O was proposed to extract and enrich pesticides imidacloprid and acetamiprid. The effects of different salts on the formation of aqueous two-phase system, the dosage of salt, the volume of pesticide solution and ionic liquid, the change of pH on the extraction efficiency were investigated. The maximum wavelength of the UV/Vis spectra had also been investigated after the extraction. The results showed that when 0.4 g ionic liquid, 7.60 g K2HPO4 · 3H2O and 6 mL pesticide solution under pH 9 were used to form two-phase, the extraction efficiency could come to 100%. Under the optimum conditions, the present method was applied to the extraction and enrichment of imidacloprid and acetamiprid from environmental water samples with satisfactory results. The recoveries and the relative errors are 98.7% - 102.0% and 2.2% -3.5% , respectively.
