摘要
城镇土地收购储备制度是随着我国土地使用制度改革的不断深入和城市土地市场的发育而产生的一种新型的城市土地管理制度。目前,土地收购储备制度已在我国许多城市得到了广泛的实践。但是,作为一项新兴制度,土地收购储备制度在土地收购及出让等环节中还存在一些缺陷。研究此问题对健全和完善我国现阶段土地收购储备制度有积极的意义。
Urban land purchase and reserve system that comes into being with continuous deepening reform of land use system and development of urban land market is a new type of urban land management system. Land purchase and reserve system has been widely practiced in many cities in China. But, as a new type of system, land purchase and reserve system still has some deficiencies in land acquisition, transfer and other areas. To study the issue of improving and perfecting the current stage of China's land purchase and reserve system has positive significance.
