大椎穴振法对颈椎病动物模型的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究大椎穴运用振法治疗颈椎病的治疗机制。方法在异常应力环境下制作颈椎病动物模型,测定NO、NOS含量。结果造模后大耳兔血清和肌肉组织匀浆中,NO、NOS含量显著升高;行大椎穴振法后,血清和肌肉组织匀浆中NO、NOS含量较模型组显著降低。结论大椎穴振法治疗颈椎病的机制与其改善颈椎病的生物信息传递有关。 Objective To study the mechanism of cervical spondylosis treatment of trembling manipulation at Dazhui (DU14) acupoint. Methods determine NO,NOS while abnormal stress. Results The cervical spondylosis animal models were made to The concentrations of NO and NOS of blood serum and muscle tissue step up obviously after creation of models and step down significantly for the trembhng manipulation. Conclusion The mechanism of cervical spondylosis treatment of trembling manipulation at Dazhui acupoint is related to improving information transmission of cervical spondylosis animal model.
