摘要
目的探讨针刺治疗尿失禁的机理。方法采用新西兰白兔为实验观察对象,将其分为对照、模型、针刺中极穴和针刺肾俞穴4组,以膀胱排尿速度作为膀胱平滑肌收缩力的量化指标,以甲硫酸新斯的明制作膀胱排尿速度增大的模型,观察针刺中极穴、肾俞穴对膀胱排尿速度的影响。结果甲硫酸新斯的明造成膀胱充盈过程出现尿漏出的概率增大和膀胱排尿速度增大;针刺中极穴和肾俞穴,能减弱新斯的明造成的膀胱排尿速度的变化,也能改变膀胱排尿速度的变化。结论针刺治疗尿失禁的机理是通过降低膀胱平滑肌收缩力实现的。
Objective To study the mechanism of acupuncture on urinary incontinence. Methods New Zealand rabbits were divided into four groups, i.e. control group, model group, Zhongji (CV3) acupuncture group and Shenshu (BL23) acupuncture group. The urination velocity of bladder (UVB) was observed as the quantization index of the contraction of the bladder smooth muscle. The models that the UVB was increasing were induced by Eustigmin Methylsulfate (EM) and treated by acupuncturing at CV3 or BL23, and the UVB was observed. Results EM could increase the probability of the urine leakage from the urethral catheter during the bladder filling and increase the UVB aftter the bladder filling. The increasing trend of the UVB could be weakened by acupuncturing at CV3 or BL23, and the variety-rate of UVB changed too. Conclusion Weakening the contraction of bladder smooth muscle may be the mechanism of acupuncture treatment for urinary incontinence.
