发展现代交通运输业是经济社会发展的客观需要,也是交通运输发展规律的内在要求。加快发展现代交通运输业首先要针对我国交通运输现状问题,按照科学发展观和现代交通运输的科学内涵和要求,明确我国现代交通运输的科学发展方向以及实现交通运输科学发展的策略和保障措施。
Developing modern transportation industry is the objective need of the economic society development, and is also the intrinsic requirement of the law of transportation development. For speeding up the development of modern transportation industry, the first step is to determine the development direction of modem transportation industry in China as well as the strategy and safeguard measures adopted to realize the scientific development of transportation industry according to the scientific connotation and requirement of scientific development view and modern transportation in view of the current condition of the transportation industry in China.
