燃气轮机进气采用喷雾冷却的技术经济性分析

摘要 降低燃气轮机进气温度,增大空气质量流量是提高燃气轮机性能的有效方法。提出采用喷雾冷却降低燃气轮机进气温度,确定喷雾蒸发量的计算模型。以 PG9171型燃气轮机为例,分析了采用喷雾冷却装置降低燃气轮机进气温度创造的经济效益。 Lowering the inlet air temperature of gas turbine and increasing the air mass flow rate are an effective method to improve the gas turbine performance. The method of spray cooling is put forward to lower the inlet air temperature of gas turbine, and the calculation model of spray evaporation volume is determined. Taking the gas turbine PG9171 for example, the economic benefit achieved by using the spray cooling device to lower the inlet air temperature of gas turbine is analyzed.
