摘要 从晶体结构、反应历程、介电性能等方面综述了MTiO_3-LnAlO_3(M:Ba,Sr,Ca;Ln:Nd,Sm)中介微波介质陶瓷研究中进展,并结合本课题组的研究情况,归纳了目前该体系微波介质陶瓷研究中存在的问题,并对其今后的研究发展发现进行了展望。 The research progress in MTiO3-LnAlO3 (M: Ba, Sr,Ca; Ira: Nd, Sm) microwave dielectric ceramics with intermediate dielectric constant in the past decades is reviewed from the crystal structure, reaction sequence, and dielectric properties. The present problems in these microwave dielectric ceramics are also summarized as well as the development prospect, which is linked with the research work in our group.
