摘要
串级控制是改善和提高控制品质的一种有效的控制方案。以锅炉为目标,探讨在控制中使用串级控制技术的可行性,基于"THJ-2型高级过程控制系统实验装置"的结构基础,利用MCGS组态软件设计上位机监控系统,主要包括盘管水温与热水流量串级控制系统仿真画面窗口,系统参数设定窗口及实验数据、曲线实时显示窗口,以实现对控制过程的实验仿真及过程的实时监控,更有利于过程的控制及参数修改与整定。最后,通过实验,具体说明利用MCGS组态软件进行系统仿真及参数整定的优越性。
Cascade control system is a very effective control program that can improve and enhance the control quality. Based on boiler, this article had discussed the feasibility of using the cascade control to the object. Moreover, based on "THJ - 2 - advanced process control system experimental device", using MCGS designed surveillance and control system of the computer, including system simulation window picture of cascade control for the temperature and water flow of the coiling conduit, setting of the system parameters window and experimental data, real - time curve display window. It can achieve the simulation of process control and the real- time monitoring, more conducive to the process control and parameter modification and tuning. Finally, the experiment can explain the superiority of the use of MCGS for system simulation and parameter tuning in detail.
