摘要
社区教育是基层电大发展非学历教育的重要方面,也是建设学习型社会的重要手段。文章从基层电大师资现状、聘请普通高校师资开展社区教育的作用、依托普通高校师资开展社区教育需要做好的工作等几个方面开展分析和讨论,为基层电大开展社区教育依托普通高校解决师资问题提出了意见和思考。
Community education is an important factor of non-academic education developed by Radio ＆ Televi- sion University. Meanwhile, it is also a significant method of constructing a learning-style society. The paper starts its analysis and discussion from the following three aspects： firstly, it analyzes the current condition of the qualified teachers of Radio＆Television University ;secondly, it analyzes the development of community education relying on employing teachers from the common colleges to help their regular work; thirdly, it analyzes the work that must be well done in the community education with the backing of common colleges. These provide useful references to the solution to the above-mentioned problem.
