摘要
论述了校长胜任特征研究、校长培训特点及实施过程,指出基于胜任特征的校长培训体系应包括校长胜任特征模型的构建、培训需求分析、培训过程和培训效果评估等要素。这对解决我国中小学校长培训制度中存在的问题具有重要的价值。
The research into principal competency and the characteristics of principal training and the implementation process of principal training are analyzed. It is pointed out that the competency-based principal training system is consisted of four parts： the designing of the training model; the analysis of the principals＇ needs; the training process; and the evaluation of the achievements of the training. The exploration of the issue of competency-based principal training system helps to solve the problems with China＇s principal-training system.
