摘要
从建立高等教育新体制、理顺学校与政府的关系、改革高等教育投资体制、推进高校招生及就业制度改革几方面,探讨了高等教育如何适应由计划经济向市场经济转变的问题。
The issue of reforming China＇s higher education mechanism in compliance with the transformation of economic system from planned economy to market economy is explored from the following aspects： establishing new mechanism, establishing new government-school relationship, reforming the investing system, reforming the admitting, fee-charging and graducate-employment systems.
