摘要
针对ANN-3900/2000N型动叶可调轴流式主通风机发生的动叶片及其固定螺栓断裂事故,提出对该风机叶片及其固定螺栓进行改进的措施。改进后已提高了主通风机的运行性能,确保了矿井的通风安全。
Aiming at the fracture accident of the blades and fixed bolts on ventilator in Tunliu coal mine, the improvement measure of the blades and fixed bolts on ANN-3900/2000N dynamic adjustable-axial-flow ventilator based on the result of examination is put forward. The safety performance of ventilator and the security are greatly enhanced, after improvement.
