摘要
欧洲学分转换与积累系统(ECTS)是建设"欧洲高等教育区"(EHEA)的重要措施。为落实博洛尼亚进程的要求,完善本国高等教育体系,意大利政府在1999年的高等教育改革中引入以欧洲学分转化与积累体系为基础的大学学分体系(Credito Formativo Universitario,CFU)。本文在介绍欧洲学分转换与积累体系的基础上,对意大利大学学分制改革的原因和措施进行阐述,分析意大利学分制改革的特点与问题,以期对我国高等教育学分制改革有所借鉴。
European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System(ECTS) is an important tool to establish the European Hihger Education Area(EHEA). The Italian higher education system has intrudued the Credito Fonnativo Universitario (CFU) based on the ECTS during the higher education reform in 1999 in order to meet the requires from Bologna Process and improve its own higher education system. Following the description of ECTS, the paper analyses the mason, measures, advatages and limits of credit system reform, in the hope of providing the experience and suggestions to China's higher educatin credit system reform.
