摘要
目的观察鲑鱼降钙素联合钙剂与单用钙剂治疗原发老年性骨质疏松症的疗效。方法100例原发骨质疏松引起疼痛老年病人随机分成两组,(1)鲑鱼降钙素联合钙剂观察组(50例);(2)单用钙剂治疗对照组(50例)。结果治疗6个月后,观察组骨痛症状明显改善,患者评价优良率达86%,同时腰椎L2～4股骨颈部的骨密度较治疗前增加(P<0.01);对照组腰椎L2～4股骨颈部的骨密度较用药前无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论鲑鱼降钙素与钙剂联合治疗老年性骨质疏松症,能有效缓解骨痛,提高患者的骨量。
Objective To observe the curative effects of salmon calcitonin combined calcium and alone with calcium on treating senile primary osteoporosis. Methods One hundred aged patients with ostalgia eansed by primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups： （ 1 ） observation group： treated with salmon ealeitonin combined caleium （50 eases）, （2） Control group： treated only with ealeium （50 eases）. Results After six - month treatment, the observation group got good results in pain relief （ rate of merit 86% ）, and lumbar vertebra （2 -4）, Collurrt femoris bone density improved to some extent （ P 〈 0.01 ）, while lumbar vertebra （ 2 - 4 ） , Collurn femoris bone density of control group obviously did not alter （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Salmon ealeitonin combined calcium can improve lumbar vertebra, CoUurn femoris bone density and relieve pain effectively.
